The Masai Mara in Kenya is nature’s epic masterpiece & visiting the Mara is a dream come true for any wildlife enthusiast.

DAY WISE ITINERARY

29th December : NAIROBI
• Land in Nairobi
• Meet your fellow trippers at the hotel in Nairobi
• Relax after your long flight
• Welcome dinner on Day 1
• Meet & Interact with other solo travellers
• Try the local lager
• Overnight stay in Nairobi (Dinner included)

Note : If you are arriving early in the morning by indigo flight then maybe you can visit the Giraffe centre if you’d like to feed a Giraffe or you can even visit the Masai Market! (You can do this on the last day as well if you’re flying out late in the evening & if you’d like to buy some souvenirs)

30th December : Elephant Orphanage & Nairobi National Park Safari
• Do your breakfast with your new friends
• Visit the Elephant Orphanage
• Learn how the trust is helping the animals
• Adopt an Elephant if you like (adoption is as low as 50$ per year. It’s not mandatory to adopt)
• Do the Jeep safari in Nairobi national park
• Evening back to your hotel
• Overnight stay in Nairobi
( The real action begins tomorrow)

31st December: Mara Siligi Camp
Pick up from hotel at 8 am and transfer to your camp for the next 3 days (Mara Siligi Camp) Arrive by lunch time. Eat your lunch , Rest and relax. Later, you’ll proceed for a briefing for the 2 extensive game drives which are lined up for the next two days. The famous Mara is also renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopards and cheetahs. It also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. Dinner overnight stay will be at the Camp on sharing basis with facilities of hot shower and toilet inside the tent. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included – Veg Meals are also available)

1st January : Masai Mara Extensive Full Day Game Drive

Morning starts by 6 am with a packed breakfast and lunch for a full day game drive or a packed breakfast with an extended game drive, come back for lunch depending on the movements of animals. You will spend a full day exploring this unique park which forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. You will have the chance to visit Mara River the border of Masai Mara and the famous Serengeti Park where there is a concentration of many animals especially the time you will be traveling. (Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp)

2nd January : Masai Mara Extensive Game Drive

Morning starts by 6 am with a packed breakfast and lunch for a full day game drive or a packed breakfast with an extended game drive, come back for lunch depending on the movements of animals. You will spend a full day exploring this unique park which forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. You will have the chance to visit Mara River the border of Masai Mara and the famous Serengeti Park where there is a concentration of many animals especially the time you will be traveling. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp)

3rd January : Masai Traditional Village & Nairobi
Check out by 9 am & post breakfast you’ll get a chance to visit a traditional Masai village . Click pictures with them, visit their houses, experience their local dance and then proceed for Nairobi . You’ll be arriving in Nairobi in the evening at around 5 pm and be dropped off at your hotel in Nairobi.

Free time for shopping in the evening
Overnight stay in Nairobi. (Breakfast included)

4th January : Fly Back to India
• Last breakfast together at the hotel
• Goodbye hugs

Trip Fees : INR 1,45,000 + 5% GST + 5% TCS (tcs is fully refundable)

Note:

• Seats are on first come first serve as the tents are limited during the new year holiday period

• Join only if you’re interested in the wildlife or photography or if you are a nature lover

• The camp is located right on the edge of the national park so you have wildlife all around

• Yellow fever vaccination & TCS are mandatory (TCS IS FULLY REFUNDABLE)

• MASAI people will drive the 4 by 4 Jeep as they have extensive knowledge of their area

• Because mostly people would be flying from different cities so it is impossible to include airport transfers but we will be creating a Whatsapp group one week before the trip so that we can connect those who are flying from the same city & this way you guys can share the airport to hotel taxi cost.
