What kind of trips do you organise?
We organise domestic and international group trips for solo travellers who love exploring the world and collecting experiences that go beyond the ordinary. Every itinerary is built to strike the perfect balance between adventure, culture, local experiences, and nightlife — because a great trip isn't just about the places you see, it's about how alive it makes you feel.
Are your trips suitable for solo travellers?
Absolutely — our trips are designed specifically with solo travellers in mind. That said, some of our travellers also join as couples, siblings, or groups of friends. But if you're coming alone, don't worry. You'll leave with people you'll want to travel with again.
What is the typical group size?
Our groups average around 15 travellers. Big enough for great energy, small enough for everyone to know each other by day two.
What is the average age group?
Our travellers typically range between 25 and 55, though we warmly welcome anyone with a passion for travel. At the end of the day, the best travel companions aren't defined by age — they're defined by curiosity.

How do I book a trip?

What kind of accommodation is provided?
We carefully select comfortable, well-located hotels and boutique stays that complement the experience of each destination — not just a place to sleep, but a part of the trip itself.
How do room arrangements work?
Rooms are typically on a twin-sharing basis. Solo travellers are paired with another traveller of the same gender. If you'd prefer a private room, this can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
FLIGHTS & VISAS
Are flights included in the trip price?
Flights are not included unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary. This gives you the flexibility to book from your preferred city, choose your airline, and take advantage of the best deals available to you.
Can you help with flight bookings?
Yes. While we don't book flights on your behalf, our team can suggest the best flight options, timings, and routes that align with the group itinerary — so you arrive at the right place at the right time, stress-free.
Is the visa included?
Visa is included for select trips where it is explicitly mentioned. Please check the individual trip page for details.
Do you assist with visa applications?
Yes. For destinations that require a visa, we guide you through the application process and provide all necessary supporting documents — including hotel confirmations and travel itineraries. You'll need to submit the application yourself, but our team is with you every step of the way.
ON THE TRIP
Will there be a trip leader with the group?
Yes, every trip is led by an experienced Genie who travels with you from start to finish. Think of them as your guide, problem-solver, local expert, and fellow traveller — all in one. You're never on your own.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify us in writing via email at the earliest. Cancellation charges are applied from the date your written request is received and are as follows:
- Booking amount & flight tickets (if included): Non-refundable
- 60 days or more before departure: 50% of the remaining trip fee is charged
- 45 days before departure: 70% of the remaining trip fee is charged
- 30 days or less before departure: No refund
- After full payment has been made: The trip fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
Please note: Written cancellation requests are accepted on all working days (Monday to Saturday). Any cancellation received on a Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
