Day 1: Welcome to Georgia
• Flying from Delhi is recommended for direct budget flights
• Land at Tbilisi international airport

• Evening is free to chill in the old city

• Overnight stay in your centrally located hotel in Tbilisi
Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia was founded over 1500 years ago, in 485 by King Vakhtang Gorgasali. A city with a population over 1, 5 million people, is picturesquely situated on the boundary of Europe and Asia in the valley of the Mtkvari River and is surrounded by mountains on three sides. The narrow, cobbled streets wind their way between the colorful houses.

Day 2: Tbilisi City Tour

After Metekhi church and Alvabari – old town we walk down to Abanotubani, the historic quarter in the center of Tbilisi, famous for its bathhouses or Hammams, located on the naturally warm sulfur springs. Being built in XVII-XIX centuries, many celebrities visited the baths, including Alexander Dumas and Alexander Pushkin. We will also see the Narikala Fortress by cable car today.
The last spot is The Chronicle of Georgia, a monumental monument in the city, stands as a tribute to the country’s history and cultural heritage, featuring colossal sculptures that depict key moments in Georgia’s past.

Day 3: Davit Gareji: Moonlandscape
The cave monastery of Davit Gareja is one of the top attractions in Georgia. This day trip from Tbilisi takes you along the former Soviet and industrial town Rustavi, semi desert no man’s land at the border with Azerbaijan and the holy cave monastery complex David Gareja in the middle of nowhere
Back to Old town Tbilisi by evening.
Day 4 : Caves of Kutaisi & ChaCha Wine
• Post breakfast we check out from our hotel
• Transfer to Kutaisi
• Do the famous cave tour
• Wine tasting (try the famous Georgian Chacha wine on your way to Kutaisi)
The caves features an impressive array of stalactites, stalagmites, flowstones, and other mineral formations that captivate visitors from all over the world.

• Evenings are free for you to explore the town on foot

You can try the wine & dine tours in the evening if you want but only if you’re a wine person or simply try the local Georgian cuisine (Authentic home cooked Georgian food is available in Kutaisi)
Day 5:Kutaisi to Kazbegi
• Post breakfast we will drive to Kazbegi
• Arrive in Kazbegi
• Stop in Guduari (famous ski destination)
• Perfect mountain town to relax & unwind
• Hiking lovers can use this town as their base to explore nearby areas
• Activities lovers can enjoy various activities here
• Overnight stay in Kazbegi
The ski resort is in the heart of Caucasus mountains & it is a great base for enjoying mountain views, hiking and skiing. It is a perfect place to visit if you’re a mountain lover.
Day 6: Kazbegi – Gudauri
• Post breakfast start your journey
• Visit the Russia-Georgia friendship monument
• Visit the famous Trinity Church
• Drive back to Tbilisi today
On the way stop for a visit to 17th century Ananuri architectural complex, two historic churches and the fortress that overlooks the Zhinvali water reservoir
• Evening is free for last minute shopping
• Airport drop at 9pm
(Take the early morning flight back to India on 4th April)
Note : Opt for the 1 AM flight on 4th April by indigo to fly back to India as it’s cheaper & if you wish to extend for a day then you can book a hotel in Tbilisi for a night.
